The procedure includes ovulation induction, extraction of the best part of the semen, sperm washing and separation of the best spermatozoa, insertion of the sperm prepared in the above described manner through the catheter into the fallopian tubes or uterine cavity. The sperm after a while meets the egg cells after ovulation. Precondition for successful insemination are unblocked fallopian tubes.
